The service

TermsWatch monitors publicly available terms of service, privacy policies, and license pages of AI vendors, detects changes, and presents plain-language explainers and data-practice scorecards. Change detection is automated and best-effort: we aim to catch material changes quickly, but we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any detection.

TermsWatch is not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. Explainers, scorecards, and alerts are informational summaries to help you decide when to read the actual vendor terms or consult a lawyer. Do not make legal, compliance, or contractual decisions based solely on our summaries.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully. Do not abuse, overload, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its licensing.

Accounts and license keys

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license keys confidential, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Plans & billing

A free tier is included. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed as described on the pricing page and unlocked with a license key. Refunds are no-questions-asked within 14 days of purchase — contact avilanatanael640@gmail.com and the license is refunded and revoked the same day.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including decisions made (or not made) based on our change alerts or explainers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
